DERPROSA presents EXTRABOND, a bi-axially orientated polypropylene film (BOPP), specially designed for the lamination of high end products supports.
A new film made by DERPROSA that, due to its characteristics, is designed especially for rolling mills.
EXTRABOND is available in:
- DE-230: Thermal gloss film, 21 microns with an EVA coating applied by extrusion to one of its surfaces, so enabling bonding to the substrate using heat.
- DE-240: Thermal matt film, 22 microns with an EVA coating applied by extrusion to one of its surfaces, so enabling bonding to the substrate using heat.
Among its most notable characteristics we can highlight:
- Excellent adherence. Up to +15%.
- Improved machinability.
- Improved lamination machine speed. Between 15-20% more sheets laminated in the same time.
- Improved productivity.
